Our core pillar is the "People First" philosophy, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join our Team!* **Experience Required:** * 0–2 years of experience (preferred) in areas such as: + Procurement + Demand planning + Supply chain + Operational data analysis * Prior academic or professional experience tracking operational KPIs. * Professional internships or social service experience in logistics, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is a plus. **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing). * Basic knowledge of supply chain KPIs, especially: + InStock + Fill Rate + Accuracy * Foundational data analysis skills and ability to detect deviations. * Experience with the following is preferred: + ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) + Operational reporting and dashboards * Academic background in: + Industrial Engineering + Business Administration + Actuarial Science + Logistics, business, or related fields **Responsibilities:** * Monitor WALMEX collaborative model reports, ensuring data consistency and reliability. * Periodically review and analyze key KPIs: + InStock + Fill Rate + Accuracy * Identify deviations, operational risks, and improvement opportunities related to Fill Rate and procurement. * Prepare weekly performance reports by assigned category. * Execute timely follow-up on established control routines and processes with internal and external stakeholders. * Support root cause analysis for stockouts or low availability incidents. * Document findings and propose preventive and corrective actions. * Collaborate with internal departments (planning, operations, logistics) to ensure accurate information flow. **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and data orientation. * Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information. * Organization and tracking of recurring tasks. * Ability to work within defined routines and processes. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Teamwork and collaboration across multifunctional areas. * Proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities. * Results orientation and commitment to meeting performance indicators. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or related field **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Growth opportunities.* Department Commercial Position Replenishment Locations Santa Fe Corporate Office Employment Type Full-time Contact Christian Hernández, Corporate Talent Attraction Executive – Human Resources
