Comprehensive management of transactions and financial statements At Spinalab, we seek an **organized, analytical, and proactive Accountant** who wants to join our team and contribute to the company's proper financial control. This position is critical to **ensuring transparency, accuracy of financial information, and tax compliance**, supporting management in strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Review daily **revenue, expense, and fixed-cost transactions** of the company. * Review **bank movements, sales, fixed and variable expenses**. * Analyze and review **monthly financial statements**. * Review **payment requests from various departments** on a weekly basis. * Manage and supervise the **weekly cash flow**. * Review and validate **tax receipts for all company transactions**. * Validate the **calculation and monthly tax payments**. * Record **warehouse receipts and shipments**. * Conduct **cyclical and annual inventories**. * Handle and follow up on **accounting audits**. * Manage and follow up on **customer collections**. **Requirements** Proven experience in: * **Accounts receivable** * **Accounts payable** * **Treasury** * **Taxes** * **Accounting records** Knowledge of **electronic invoicing (CFDI)**. Intermediate or advanced **Excel** proficiency. ERP or accounting system experience is desirable.
