Enjoyment of interacting with customers Join us at BANCO AZTECA as a BANK TELLER: Your primary objective will be to ensure customers receive outstanding service and support by executing requested transactions promptly, accurately, and efficiently. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash unit quickly, courteously, and without errors. * Conduct all transactions honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash handling policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. * Safeguard cash within the secure zone and strictly follow bunker security measures. * Achieve daily cash handling productivity targets and implement the anti-line waiting plan. * Deliver courteous and respectful service to encourage customer return visits and referrals. **REQUIREMENTS:** * One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Completed high school education (preparatoria). * Enjoyment of interacting with customers. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work weekends. * Integrity in performing job duties.
