Position: Reception (Part-time) Branch: Santa Fe Salary: Starting at $5,000 monthly Requirements: * Completed high school education * Customer service experience * Appointment scheduling and reservation system proficiency * Cash handling and basic invoicing * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and computer equipment * Flexible availability * Excellent presentation * Service-oriented attitude * Proactivity and organization Responsibilities: * Receiving and assisting customers and guests * Maintaining an orderly and clean reception area and studio * Managing appointments and reservations * Registering new customers and updating the database * Collecting payments for classes, packages, and memberships * Daily cash reconciliation * Inventory and supply control * Preparing basic reports (sales, attendance, cancellations) * Promoting services and cross-selling Employment Type: Part-time, Indefinite term Salary: Starting at $5,500.00 per month Expected Hours: 30 hours per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Gym membership * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Reception: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
