**CRESTA TALENT is seeking a Quality Inspector – Food Industry in Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Quality Assurance Inspector** **Objective:** Implement Quality Assurance programs across microbiological evaluation processes, process control inspection, raw material receipt, finished product shipment, and drive compliance with regulatory, legal, and other requirements established by Lácteos Dulcem S.A. de C.V. to ensure sustainability of the Food Safety Management System. Food Safety Management System. **Knowledge Requirements:** 1 year of relevant experience; academic background in Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. Compliance with FQ, PT, MP, and Microbiology specifications HACCP plans and Food Safety Management System Thorough knowledge of NOM-251-SSA1-2009 Quality Assurance processes Quality tools (CAPA) Microbiological and physicochemical analyses Cold chain Inspection and sampling plans **Responsibilities** Collect microbiological route samples and gather functional analysis samples for D+1 testing Condition, prepare, and analyze samples according to the Microbiology Plan Perform inspections upon receipt of raw materials (including macro-ingredients such as water, fat, and high-fructose syrup), contract-manufactured products, and packaging materials and supplies for the department Conduct shipment audits for both local and external routes, and prepare corresponding reports and follow-up on incidents Ensure compliance with microbiological specifications; report any deviations to the Quality Assurance Department Head and Management Corrective Action Plans provided by suppliers or internal departments Participate in, develop, and execute actions that support and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP plan, and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) May serve as part of internal/external audit teams and assist the Department Head in off-site reception or inspection activities Verify that all equipment and instruments within the assigned area are operational, free of malfunctions, and within their calibration and/or verification periods Maintain records of all consolidated databases to ensure timely and accurate tracking of Quality Assurance KPIs **We Offer:** Monthly salary of $13,500 gross + statutory benefits + food vouchers Working hours from Monday to Friday Atizapán de Zaragoza location **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree (completed) **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Food Production **Skills:** * quality * quality inspector *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6a179f1b4000004000226b0e&source=indeed*
