The Quality Assurance Engineer we seek must be an experienced professional in the field—keen, rational, and highly communicative—with proven ability to collaborate effectively in agile working teams. Requirements * Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. * Experience developing comprehensive and clear test cases. * Practical experience with white-box and black-box testing. * Practical experience designing, developing, and executing automated tests using code-based tools. * Designing and conducting functional software testing to verify system behavior. * Designing and conducting non-functional software testing to measure usability, performance, load capacity, and stress. * Conducting regression testing to ensure changes do not introduce new defects. * Working based on quality control metrics. * Working based on agile methodologies (Scrum). * Experience configuring tools and setting up and configuring test environments. * Preferred: Experience with Finance and/or Banking platforms. * Preferred: Advanced English proficiency for conducting conversations. Responsibilities * Responsible for testing the product during development to identify defects, report them to the development team, and track them until resolution is confirmed. * Responsible for ensuring software operates flawlessly by monitoring each project phase—not only to identify defects in the developed product but also to prevent potential future failures by identifying areas where issues may arise. * Planning, prioritizing, and coordinating activities required to carry out software quality testing. * Reviewing requirements and specifications in analysis and design documentation to provide timely feedback. * Creating well-structured, detailed, and clear test cases. * Developing and executing exploratory automated tests to ensure product quality levels. * Recording and documenting identified defects along with corresponding tracking logs. * In addition to ensuring correct product functionality, verifying that end-user expectations are met.
