Your work will directly support department leadership, improve service delivery, and contribute to a positive experience for both clients and paralegals. **What You’ll Do** * Provide administrative and operational support to the management of the Paralegal Department. * Support supervision and coordination of paralegal teams, including communication, task tracking, and pending item management. * Support onboarding and training of new paralegal team members, including coordination of training materials, schedules, and initial support. * Support recruitment efforts, including candidate coordination, scheduling, and administrative support throughout the hiring process. * Support conflict checks and related documentation and follow-up. * Monitor case workflows, deadlines, and ongoing projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery. * Serve as the point of contact for internal team communication, relaying instructions, updates, and expectations. * Support supervisory efforts by tracking performance, workloads, and account needs. * Use legal and productivity software to support documentation, reporting, and workflow management. * Proactively identify issues and take initiative to resolve them or escalate as appropriate. * Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
