**Informatica MDM Developer (Desarrollador en Informatica MDM)** **Location:** Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey) – Hybrid as per Infosys Mexico policy (CST/EST time) **Role Overview** As an **Informatica MDM Developer**, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM. The role involves configuring data models, implementing data integration and cleansing processes, and ensuring data quality and governance across enterprise systems. Key capabilities include strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, IDD (Informatica Data Director), and related components, proficiency in SQL and data modeling, and experience with ETL tools and integration frameworks. Familiarity with data stewardship, workflow management, and performance optimization is essential to deliver accurate, consistent, and trusted master data for business operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and configure data models, entities, and relationships within Informatica MDM Hub. * Build and maintain ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple sources into the MDM system. * Implement data validation, cleansing, and standardization rules to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Configure match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and workflows for data stewardship. * Monitor and optimize MDM processes for scalability and efficiency. * Work closely with business analysts, data stewards, and other teams to gather requirements and provide technical support. * Ensure proper role\-based access control and compliance with data governance policies. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to MDM processes, integrations, and data quality. **Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field. * **5\+ years of IT experience**, including Informatica MDM (Hub, IDD, Services Integration Framework). * **Bilingual (Spanish \& English)** – strong verbal and written communication. * Experience with AWS cloud services such as S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, and IAM. **Mandatory Skills** * Informatica MDM (Hub, IDD, Services Integration Framework). * Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and relational databases. * Proficiency in ETL development and integration using Informatica tools. * Integrating data across AWS based architectures **Preferred Skills** * Knowledge of data quality, governance, and stewardship principles. * Familiarity with match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and workflow configuration. * Ability to troubleshoot and optimize MDM processes for performance and scalability. * Strong understanding of API integration and web services (REST/SOAP). * Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross\-functional teams. **Other Requirements** * Ability to work under tight timelines and manage complex requirements. * Flexible to work during CST/EST time zones and meet for hand\-over activities to India team if needed. * Self\-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
