Provides reliable information for decision-making **CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT COMPANY SEEKING** **Financial Administrator** ● Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. ● 3–5 years of experience in administrative and financial functions. ● Experience in real estate development, construction, or real estate is desirable. ● Proven experience in: ○ Collections and cash flow management. ○ Budgeting and financial control. ○ Treasury and payments. ○ Bank relations or financing activities. **Job Objective** To centralize comprehensive administrative and financial management of the project, ensuring order, control, and visibility across cash flow, collections, budgeting, bridge financing, and general administration, thereby providing reliable information for executive decision-making. **Responsibilities:** ● Finance and collections ● Budgeting and financial analysis ● Bridge financing ● Treasury ● Procurement ● General administration ● Asset administration ● Systems (Key User ERP) **Key Responsibilities** **Finance and Collections** ● Customer accounts receivable follow-up. ● Aging and delinquency control. ● Revenue and cash flow reporting. ● Coordination with Legal Department as applicable. **Budgeting and Financial Analysis** ● Annual budget preparation and control. ● Monthly forecasting. ● Variance analysis. ● Executive reporting to Management. **Bridge Financing** ● Control of disbursements, interest, and terms. ● Covenant monitoring. ● Operational liaison with financial institutions. ● Periodic status reporting on credit facilities. **Treasury** ● Payment scheduling and execution. ● Weekly cash flow control. ● Bank reconciliations. ● Electronic banking management. **Procurement** ● Vendor management and quotations. ● Purchase order issuance and tracking. ● Cost and efficiency control. ● Compliance with internal policies. **General Administration and Assets** ● Document control for contracts, invoices, insurance policies, and guarantees. ● Tracking of administrative expirations. ● Fixed asset administration (additions, disposals, inventories, insurance). **Systems** ● ERP administration and functional usage (Intelisis / WBSYS or similar). ● Financial data validation. ● Basic support to internal users. **Technical Knowledge** ● ERP proficiency (Intelisis or WBSYS preferred). ● Advanced Excel. ● Administrative and financial processes.
