A clinic specializing in advanced orthodontics and temporomandibular disorders (TMD), located in Polanco, Mexico City, seeks to integrate a **Maxillofacial Surgeon** with experience in interdisciplinary surgical management. We are a center with a strong diagnostic focus, digital workflow, and close collaboration among orthodontics, imaging, and functional rehabilitation. We have CBCT, structured assessment and treatment planning protocols, as well as a consistent volume of patients eligible for surgical\-orthodontic treatment. **Required Profile:** * Specialty in Maxillofacial Surgery (degree and license mandatory). * Demonstrable experience in: * Placement of **temporary anchorage devices (skeletal TADs)**. * **Orthognathic surgery** (monomaxillary and bimaxillary cases). * Management of patients with complex skeletal discrepancies. * Proficiency in **three-dimensional (3D) planning** for orthognathic surgery. * Ability to collaborate with orthodontists under defined protocols. * Solid clinical judgment and clear communication with patients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Surgical evaluation of patients previously diagnosed by the orthodontic department. * Joint planning of surgical\-orthodontic cases. * Placement of miniplates and postoperative follow-up. * Execution of orthognathic surgeries using digital planning. * Participation in interdisciplinary clinical sessions. * Structured clinical documentation and adherence to established protocols. **We Offer:** * Consistent patient flow. * Collaborative work with specialized orthodontists. * Advanced diagnostic infrastructure (CBCT and digital protocols). * Competitive compensation based on experience. * A high-level clinical professional environment.
