**Job Objective**
Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to establish long-term relationships.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Advise customers on Banco Azteca’s various savings, investment, and insurance products, promoting cross-selling.
* Experience in sales or customer service.
* Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit.
* Ensure proper implementation and execution of deposit acquisition, insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies.
* Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances.
* Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer.
* Obtain certification as an AFORE Promotional Agent.
* Cambaceo: promoting products outside the point of sale.
* Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans.
* Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals.
**Requirements**
* Strong verbal communication skills.
* Enthusiasm for interacting with customers.
* Experience in placing financial products and providing savings, investment, and insurance services.
* Knowledge of AFORES.
* Goal- and objective-oriented.
* Experience in field-based customer prospecting activities (e.g., cambaceo).
* Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
* Integrity in performing job duties.
**Value Proposition**
* Base salary starting at: $2,000 per week.
* Weekly commissions: $860 MXN.
