As we open our offices in Mexico, we are looking for a foundational Cloud, Network, and Security Pre-Sales Engineer with hybrid-environment experience in telecommunications, cloud, and security. **What Makes Us Different?** We are innovators, highly operationally agile, offering you the opportunity to: * Operate autonomously to propose new strategies and service offerings. * Integrate with multicultural teams, collaborate with vendors, and attend industry events. * Achieve real development and growth (short- and medium-term). * Enjoy an excellent work environment, team activities, and numerous integration initiatives. **Our Offer** We prioritize continuous training for our team, strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance, and foster an attractive, growth-oriented, stable, and supportive work environment: * **Salary**: MXN 30,000–40,000 gross per month, nominal employment contract, bonuses, commissions, and accelerators. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Hybrid (Cuauhtémoc office and remote work). **What We Are Looking For?** * 3–4 years of experience as: Solutions Consultant, Solutions Pre-Sales Specialist, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Pre-Sales Lead, Solution Specialist, Solution Architect, Data Center Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, Solutions Architect & Pre-Sales, or Pre-Sales Engineering. * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields. * 2–3 years of pre-sales experience covering infrastructure and cloud solutions (Microsoft, Veeam, VMware, Acronis), networking, connectivity, and monitoring (SD-WAN, SDN) — e.g., Cisco, Dynatrace — and cybersecurity (FW, NGFW, SIEM, IAM, WAF), including products from FortiGate, SentinelOne, Palo Alto, Check Point, etc. * 2–3 years of experience in requirements gathering and sizing, conceptual architecture design, technical proposals, demos, PoCs (Proof of Concept), PoEs (Proof of Excellence), proposal development, and SOW (Statement of Work). * 2 years of experience managing Windows OS (2016 or later), Linux (various distributions), dependency management, Active Directory, Entra ID, etc. * Knowledge of physical and virtual infrastructure, with emphasis on infrastructure protection. * Strong ability to produce technical and commercial documentation. * Certifications: Technical or commercial certifications are desirable and must be current (e.g., Microsoft, Veeam, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.). * Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards such as ITIL, NIST, COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, Scrum, SANS, etc. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree (incomplete) **Desired Experience Level:** Entry-level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Telecommunications **Skills:** * ITIL ISO NIST NGFW SOC EDR * XDR Firewall WAF Fortinet * Cloud Azure infrastructure * Proposals demos Microsoft * Security networks SD WAN *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0ccff83700005d008fabb5\&source\=indeed*
