




A leading organization specializing in digital marketing and advertising is seeking its next: **JUNIOR MARKET RESEARCHER** **Objective:** Support the design, execution, analysis, and delivery of quantitative and qualitative studies, ensuring appropriate data collection, high-quality data, and executive reports containing actionable insights for both industry stakeholders and internal departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Programming and administration of questionnaires; monitoring sample progress and fieldwork closure. * Data quality control and removal of invalid cases. * Descriptive analysis, preparation of tabulations, and generation of insights. * Creation of executive reports and dissemination materials. * Coordination with internal departments and external partners. * Documentation, tracking, and orderly archiving of project-related information. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Economics, Sociology, etc.). * One year of experience in market research. * Proficiency in Qualtrics/QuestionPro; intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills. * Knowledge of statistical software. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (grocery vouchers, life insurance, IMSS contributions, internet/electricity allowance). * Hybrid work arrangement, Monday through Friday. * Location: Miguel Hidalgo.
