Collaboration in audits and preparation of metrics Job description: **Objective:** Maintain control and monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable using SAP and related software to consolidate timely reports for the department. **Conversational English is a mandatory requirement for this process.** **Requirements** * At least 1 year of experience in any accounting field * Intermediate Excel skills * **Conversational English is a mandatory requirement for this process.** * Availability to work from home during the night shift * Desired but not required: SAP or other ERP experience * Desired but not required: Knowledge of English or Portuguese **Responsibilities** * Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Invoicing * Direct interaction with the company’s customers * Assist team leaders/managers in preparing metrics. * Attend meetings with leaders from different locations (**Conversational English is a mandatory requirement for this process**). * Support audits by providing records and supporting documentation. * Ensure appropriate and up-to-date process and desktop procedure documentation exists and is used. * Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, as well as a standardized process framework. * Monitor and review progress, and immediately alert Management upon observing any red flags. * Availability for extended shifts/weekends during month-end close. **Skills** * Logical thinking * Proactivity * Customer-focused and quality-oriented * Assists team leaders/managers in preparing metrics. * Collaborates in audits by providing records and supporting documentation. * Ensures existence and use of appropriate and up-to-date process documentation and desktop procedures. * Ensures compliance with internal and external guidelines, as well as a standardized process framework.
