Sigma, a leading Mexican food company with well-known brands such as Fud, San Rafael, Yoplait, and La Villita, is seeking your talent as: TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT Ideal candidate profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (in progress or completed) Gender: No preference Residence: Guadalajara or nearby municipalities (mandatory requirement) Communication: Excellent diction and spelling skills Technology: Proven intermediate-level Excel proficiency and mastery of Microsoft Office suite Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone and WhatsApp customer support Skills: Ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking) Key responsibilities: Order entry and tracking in the system Customer support Follow-up on administrative procedures with internal staff Coordination with other departments regarding equipment, call routing, and other matters to meet our customers’ needs promptly and effectively.
