**Job Objective:** Perform sample collection for clinical studies processing or interpretation, adhering to standards and procedures established by the Organization, with excellent service attitude and warmth, thereby ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Areas of Responsibility: · Blood sample collection, cultures, gynecological samples, and electrocardiograms, in accordance with current official regulations and procedures established by the Organization, delivering excellent quality and warmth in service, ensuring full patient satisfaction. · Centrifugation of samples according to official regulatory procedures and those established by the Organization and Reference Laboratories. · Record pending samples on the outsourcing order; note relevant observations for each sample; indicate the number of tubes (various), slides, bottles, media, and biopsies included in the submitted samples. · Package samples timely and correctly, following official regulatory procedures and those established by the Organization and Reference Laboratories. · Classify RPBI according to procedure and official regulations, as well as update the daily and monthly logbooks. · Deliver RPBI waste to the provider’s operator and verify that manifest data are correct and correspond to the Clinical Analysis Unit’s data. · Update and implement all logbooks according to official regulatory procedures (Procedure No.) and those established by the Organization. · Review, analyze, and deliver results to patients timely and correctly, in accordance with the Organization’s processes and policies. · Track special studies pending delivery beyond two days to ensure timely delivery and patient satisfaction. · Sanitize all areas and complete the corresponding logbook according to the established procedure. · Provide customer service, supplying information regarding services offered by the Clinical Analysis Unit via in-person and telephone contact. · Provide instructions and prepare patients visiting the service, depending on the study to be performed, following established procedures. · Provide ultrasound department study information to all patients, per established procedure. · Accurately, honestly, and in accordance with the Organization’s established procedures, collect payment for studies and services provided by the Clinical Analysis Unit. · Properly and honestly manage and handle all matters related to the cash handling company and/or daily sales deposit, as established. · Submit daily income reports, in accordance with area-established procedures. Generate and print the global invoice daily, as well as close the point of sale, per the Organization’s established procedures and policies. · Generate and print the global invoice daily, as well as close the point of sale, per the Organization’s established procedures and policies. · Generate, send, and print the outsourcing order daily, per established procedures. · Print clinical study results daily, per established processes. · Send electrocardiograms to the cardiologist for interpretation, extract and print the result for delivery, per the Organization’s established procedure (only if electrocardiogram equipment lacks computer capability).
