Job Summary: MoradaUno is seeking a Litigation Intern to advance lease litigation, draft complex legal documents, and monitor electronic case files. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare hearings to technical excellence standards At MoradaUno, we are looking for our next Litigation Intern (Full-time) in CDMX. We are a Mexican startup transforming the rental world with data and technology. Our mission is to eliminate market frictions (e.g., guarantors) and place technology in the hands of real estate agents, offering credit and protection solutions that guarantee a Perfect Rental Experience. What will you do? * Ensure progress of lease litigation, commercial enforcement proceedings, and voluntary jurisdiction matters, mastering all stages thereof. * Draft highly complex legal documents and prepare hearings to technical excellence standards. * Monitor electronic case files daily and independently manage systems such as SISE, SICOR, and Mi Tribunal. * Keep the status of each litigation updated in the CRM (Kustomer), ensuring data integrity. * Proactively report procedural milestones and manage objections to ensure client retention and satisfaction. * Identify and report critical situations to enable timely and strategic decision-making. Who are we looking for? * Completed Law degree **(bar exam registration in process — PLUS)** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. * Experience in lease matters **(PLUS)** * Minimum management of 30 cases. * Passionate individual eager to learn and grow with MoradaUno. * Prepared to work in an agile environment. * Customer service experience. * **Super PLUS**: Strategic capability to act confidently; strong communication skills enabling clear message delivery—whether addressing clients, conducting examinations, or presenting arguments.
