***We are seeking a professional to handle auto insurance claims*** **Responsibilities:** * Direct interaction with adjusters to validate facts, documentation, and coverage. * Issuance and cancellation of fleet insurance policies. * Daily follow-up on vehicles in repair shops: estimates, parts, authorizations, and vehicle releases. * Processing of indemnifications, recoveries, and deductibles. * Management of third-party damage payments and customer vehicle repairs. * Coordination with the legal department and internal operational areas including traffic and maintenance. * Daily updating of the insurance claims master spreadsheet and compilation of complete claim files. * Preparation of weekly and monthly reports. **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of experience in insurance claims, insurance, adjusters, repair shops, or fleet management. * Knowledge of fleet insurance policies and insurer processes. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong organizational skills, timely follow-up, and excellent communication abilities. **We offer:** * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. * Monthly salary: $10,000 MXN.
