We are currently seeking your talent to join us as: **Jr. Operational Process Analyst | Monitoring and Control:** **Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience as a Jr. Administrative Operational Analyst — a professional focused on operational monitoring, administrative control, and remote coordination of activities, capable of managing reports, inventories, and branch requirements while ensuring compliance and effective tracking. * **Responsibilities:** * · Handling and tracking material request tickets. * · Monitoring material shipments to branches. * · Onboarding branches into CRM and monitoring performance results. * · Preparing executive reports and presentations. * · Monitoring and controlling material inventory. * · Remote coordination across multiple teams. * · **Essential Skills:** Intermediate-to-advanced Excel, PowerPoint, database management, CRM, digital platforms, customer service, and operational tracking. **Work Modality:** * Hybrid work at Av.
