This position is part of the Finance Strategy and Operations function. It is responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. **Key responsibilities:** * Preparation of accurate monthly reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements. * Analysis of variances between actual and budgeted results in the monthly income statement. * Accounting review to determine necessary provisions and reclassifications for accurate financial reporting. * Timely submission of month-end client and corporate reports. * Generation of client invoicing and management of vendor payments. * Monitoring of aging of accounts receivable and accounts payable balances, as well as accounting application of client collections. * Support for month-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable processes, and expense reporting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Sheets. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Quick learner, self-motivated, and willing to share knowledge. * Enjoys challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment. * Intermediate English (for platform usage only) **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the world’s leading commercial real estate services and investment firm—driving progress for businesses and individuals alike.
