The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the workshop, managing the entire process—from appointment scheduling to vehicle delivery. They will also be responsible for ensuring customers receive excellent service and attention, and for conducting follow-up after service completion. Responsibilities: \- Manage the appointment schedule, confirming and reminding customers of their appointments. \- Greet customers and their vehicles at the workshop, explaining contracted services, estimated timeframes, and costs. \- Inform customers about current promotions and make recommendations based on their needs. \- Coordinate vehicle handover to the mechanical area and ensure clear communication with mechanics. \- Review vehicle inspections and prepare quotations for additional services or necessary repairs. \- Manage parts procurement and present them to customers clearly and transparently. \- Deliver vehicles, explain completed work, and confirm customer satisfaction. \- Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
