




Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service professional capable of tracking orders, monitoring their status, and communicating effectively with customers. Key Highlights: 1. Intermediate Excel proficiency required **Position Required: Customer Service** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (including lunch break), and Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM (rotating every 5\).
