With ZFFCN, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of chassis systems. **Join us and be part of something extraordinary!** * **What You Can Look Forward To as a Controls Engineer (PLCs):** * Design, develop, and program PLC\-based solutions for manufacturing and safety operations. * Create and implement new automation strategies, including the development of control hardware and software. * Apply engineering best practices and deliver complete and accurate project documentation. * Provide daily technical support for plant PLCs, hardware, software, and related applications. * Support plant users with system access, application usage, troubleshooting, and training needs. * Actively participate in global PLC initiatives and process improvement projects. * Stay current with evolving software and hardware requirements. * Train end users and manage shop floor application documentation. * Optimize parameters of assembly equipment (presses, torque tools, wheel alignment systems, etc.). * Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement opportunities. * Perform and validate functional and integration testing. * Implement IT, connectivity, ProSA, and security standards within industrialization and digitalization projects. * Configure PLC software according to ZF/FOXCONN standards, including signal mapping and shop floor integration. * Develop and deploy solutions using low\-code/no\-code platforms. * **Your profile as Controls Engineer PLCS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Systems, or a related engineering field. * 2 to 5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation. * Technical Knowledge: (SAP, PLC Programming, LMN 100 Torque Standard, Red Sheet documentation, RGVs (Rail Guided Vehicles), Fanuc Robots, Bosch controlled‑torque tools ) * Experience with Stellantis portals: e\-Supplier Connect, Web CHAMPS * OEM manufacturing knowledge * Intermediate Excel proficiency (at minimum) * Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $20,620\.50 \- $29,200\.04 per month Work Location: In person
