We seek a candidate for the Telephone Collections department. The salary is MXN 9,800 gross per month, plus commissions, paid training, and statutory benefits from day one, as well as a monthly punctuality bonus of MXN 500, monthly food allowance of MXN 500, and a retention bonus of MXN 1,500 for the first two months. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. Rest days rotate between Saturday and Sunday; mid-week or end-of-month biweekly rest. We may occasionally extend working hours by approximately up to one and a half hours.
