Join Embler Autopartes, a Mexican company specializing in premium automotive parts, and coordinate our rapidly growing distribution center. Main Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes. * Ensure accuracy and integrity of both physical and digital inventory. * Coordinate warehouse staff and delivery drivers. * Supervise documentation for incoming goods, outgoing shipments, transfers, and inventory discrepancies. * Generate distribution routes using company-owned vehicles and courier services (FedEx, DHL, Estafeta). * Execute continuous improvement plans and identify operational inefficiencies. * Analyze logistics KPIs and operational costs. * Implement accurate cyclic inventory counts. Profile: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience coordinating warehouse and logistics operations. * Must have led operational staff. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (reports, KPIs). * Experience with ERP inventory management systems. * Preferred: experience in automotive parts industry. * Service-oriented attitude, leadership, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure. * Preferred: valid driver’s license and mobility availability.
