




Position Summary: Planning Coordinator with experience in inventory management, supply optimization, and logistics coordination for pharmacies. Key Highlights: 1. Participates in continuous improvement of logistics processes **IMPORTANT: COMPANY REQUIRES A PLANNING COORDINATOR** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree * Availability to travel * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position **Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily inventory levels across each pharmacy, identifying stockout or overstock risks. * Validate that planned consumption aligns with actual consumption; implement differentiated adjustments for high- and low-turnover products. * Prevent generation of life-support documents or urgent orders resulting from poor planning. * Coordinate drug transfers to various Pharmacy Units and track their delivery. * Monitor the capture and validation of medical prescriptions and collective prescriptions from pharmacies. * Manage and supervise resources to execute balanced inventory transfers among pharmacies. * Authorize inter-pharmacy inventory movements based on documented evidence of deviations and formal approval. * Halt or reschedule orders when justified deviations occur in consumption, capacity, or inventory. * Ensure timely supply of consumables (prescription pads, stationery, bags, labels, inks, toner, etc.) to all pharmacies. * Coordinate with warehouses and distribution centers for proper preparation and dispatch of orders. * Supervise delivery personnel under supervision, ensuring adherence to routes, documentation, and transportation conditions. * Address and follow up on supply-related incidents reported by pharmacies, zone managers, or corporate departments. * Generate management reports and inventory alerts for decision-making by the Pharmacy Manager. * Participate in continuous improvement of logistics and supply planning processes. * Track and manage system failures for correction. * Serve as technical liaison with health authorities and IMSS Bienestar representatives regarding drug availability. * Maintain the “Pharmacy Dashboard” updated and reliable. * Resolve customer queries regarding supply and planning of pharmacy operations.
