Responsible for leading the operational team (valets, cashiers, auditors), ensuring compliance with administrative procedures, and maintaining site profitability and order. **Main Responsibilities** * **Personnel Management:** Supervise attendance, punctuality, appearance (uniform compliance), and performance of the team under supervision. * Monitor vehicle entry and exit flow, ensuring minimal waiting times. * Supervise daily cash reconciliation, validate income reports, and ensure transparent cash handling. * **Customer Service:** Resolve inquiries, complaints, or incidents immediately while consistently maintaining a professional and service-oriented attitude. * Conduct regular inspections to verify facility conditions, payment equipment status, and security of vehicles under custody. **Profile Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in supervisory roles, preferably in the parking industry. Flexible schedule availability. * Age 35 to 50 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in basic Office software (Excel for reporting). * Familiarity with access control and payment systems. * Valid driver’s license (must be able to drive both standard and automatic vehicles). **Competencies:** * Leadership and conflict management. * Assertive and honest communication. * Ability to work under pressure and focus on results. * Sense of urgency and organizational skills.
