Experience from a startup is a plus! **Main Responsibilities:** * Assign trips to riders to meet the needs of various accounts. * Monitor operations by zone to expand app coverage. * Use technological tools to manage daily operations. * Follow up with operators and address their day-to-day requirements. **We Offer:** * Salary: $9.451 \+ $2.000 performance and KPI-compliance bonus. * Schedule: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. \| 1 rotating weekend day off per week * **100% on-site work mode** in Benito Juárez. * Statutory benefits.
