Requirements: * Excellent personal presentation * Minimum 2 years of HR experience * Completed bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * 50% office / 50% field work * Residence near Luis Encinas and Solidaridad avenues * Flexible availability of working hours Knowledge in: * Proficiency in IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and CONTPAQ platforms * Knowledge of NOM-035 * Mastery of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Competency-based interviews * Recruitment for operational and administrative positions (mid-level management) * Hiring process (reference checks, psychometric tests, medical examinations, hiring documentation package) * Onboarding * Safety walkthroughs * Management, delivery, and control of tools and work uniforms * Development of visual materials (recruitment and internal campaigns) * Execution of the training plan * New hire evaluations at 30, 60, and 90 days * Organizational climate * Management of candidate databases * Recruitment platforms Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
