The incumbent is responsible for developing commercial proposals, coordinating full logistics for each event, supervising the hostess and reservations team, and acting as the liaison between kitchen, bars, social media, and customers—ensuring an impeccable experience and maximizing event-area sales. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Quotations and Commercial Proposals** * Prepare detailed and customized quotations for social and corporate events. * Design menu proposals in coordination with the kitchen, including special options. * Present value propositions to clients with package options, upgrades, and additional services. * Actively follow up on sent quotations to convert them into confirmed sales. * Proactively promote event sales through direct channels, email, and social media. **2\.
