As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for performing all necessary activities to ensure the safe dispatch of our products to the market. Requirements and skills for this position: * Perform daily start-of-shift activities to ensure safe market dispatch. * Experience operating heavy vehicles; valid Class E driver's license required. * Execute delivery agreements established by the pre-sales team; select and collect returnable packaging from each customer. * Service orientation: deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. * Decision-making: capable of analyzing situations, evaluating options, and making effective and appropriate decisions. * Communication: possess effective communication skills to maintain smooth interaction with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. * Proactivity: demonstrate initiative and willingness to assume additional responsibilities, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes.
