Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Leader to cover a temporary incapacity, ensuring continuity of the quality and food safety management system, coordinating the team, and guaranteeing compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team coordination and quality supervision 2. Ensuring follow-up on the management system (certifications) 3. Implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement At **Embalajes Duna S.A. de C.V.**, we are seeking a **Quality Leader** to cover a **3-month temporary incapacity**, ensuring continuity of the quality and food safety management system in our operations. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the quality team * Ensure follow-up on the management system **(certifications)** * Ensure compliance with quality standards (BRC, GMP) * **Internal and external audit follow-up** * Implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement * Supervise compliance with good manufacturing practices * Preparation of quality reports and indicators * Coordination with production, sales, and supplier departments **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field * Experience: minimum **3 years in quality area** (mandatory) * Knowledge of: Quality management systems, BRC standard (desirable) * Proficient use of measurement tools * Internal and external audits * Good manufacturing practices * Personnel management * Proficiency in Office suite and ERP systems (SAP, Softland or similar) * Intermediate English (desirable) **Skills** * Leadership * Effective communication * Decision-making * Analysis and problem-solving * Organization and results orientation **We Offer:** * Weekly salary of **$3,000** net * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium, etc.) * Life insurance * Financial support for marriage * Financial support in case of death * Additional days off beyond those mandated by law On-site employment at Parque Industrial San Cayetano, Toluca, State of Mexico; reference location near El Dorado toll booth.
