Job Summary: SAHURO seeks a Support Specialist to manage SAP MM ECC and EWM configurations, handle user requests, and coordinate project follow-ups. Key Highlights: 1. Consulting firm **SAHURO** is seeking a **SUPPORT SPECIALIST** for a project in **HYBRID mode (on-site and remote) for 12 months in Monterrey, Nuevo León (downtown).** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, IT, or related field. * 2+ years of experience in customer and/or user support. * 2+ years of experience with SAP MM ECC and EWM (master data creation and configurations). * 2+ years of experience with SQL database management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle requests via reference (ticket), Zoom session, or email for SAP master data creation in QA, DEV, and PRO environments. * Notify the Incident Leader of projects in which you are participating and their priority. 3. * Record performed activities, tests, and configurations; measure progress percentage. 4. * Follow SAP methodology for configurations, master data creation, and test documentation. * Coordinate follow-up sessions to present issues or risks, as well as progress updates to involved teams. 6. * Generate progress reports, escalate issues, and highlight risk cases. **OFFERED:** * Monthly gross salary of $20,000.00. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * HYBRID ASSIGNMENT (on-site and remote) in Monterrey, Nuevo León (downtown).
