At Farmacias de Similares S.A de C.V., we are looking for our new: **OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Required Experience:** Minimum high school education 1 year of field work experience Ability to drive standard vehicles, preferably with Class A or driver's license Basic vehicle mechanical knowledge to handle mechanical emergencies Experience in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, etc. **Main Responsibilities:** * Establish contact with community residents through home visits in communities, municipalities, or boroughs to present the project, detailing the participation and benefits they will receive as residents * Measure areas, properties, or homes participating in the project to request material quotes from suppliers based on obtained results, in order to initiate logistics within established execution timelines * Accompany and supervise suppliers providing requested services, showing them the areas, families, or properties involved * Perform basic repairs in the project area, preparing the geographic zone according to established conditions for proper project execution * Carry out cleaning tasks in areas or properties requiring prior preparation before starting assigned work, depending on the established project, to avoid delays or rework during execution * Paint houses according to approved designs in communities where special projects are enabled by the Foundation * Waterproof homes in communities participating in Foundation-supported projects, according to project conditions and characteristics, to provide appropriate community benefits * Availability to travel within and outside the country Work location: Three blocks from Nativitas metro station Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with time availability Interested candidates: Apply through this platform or send your resume to the email provided in the posting.
