Supervise and ensure the operation of multiple branches Drive strategies to increase sales and profitability Lead, develop, and motivate work teams Monitor commercial and operational KPIs Guarantee service standards and customer experience Implement action plans and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure achievement of regional goals and KPIs What are we looking for?
