Promote talent and internal growth Mármoles Puente, a distributor of Natural Coatings, is seeking: TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR Position Objective Design, coordinate, implement, and monitor training, onboarding, development, and talent-strengthening programs, ensuring staff acquire the necessary competencies to increase productivity, reduce turnover, improve workplace climate, and reinforce organizational culture. Required Profile Education Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy Desirable specializations: Organizational Development Corporate Training TNA (Training Needs Analysis) Trainer Development STPS regulations and legal compliance in training Experience Minimum 3 years in: Organizational training coordination Onboarding and induction programs Talent development Career path and succession planning Performance evaluation Workplace climate and organizational culture Training needs analysis Design of annual training plans Monitoring of training indicators Operational and administrative training Preferably within companies operating in commercial, logistics, warehousing, and operational personnel environments.
