Position Summary: A professional with experience in payroll calculation and preparation, tax computation, severance settlements, government agency procedures, and personnel management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive payroll, tax, and government agency procedure management 2. ERP, Enkontrol, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE system operation 3. Service-oriented attitude, leadership, and results orientation -Payroll calculation, tax calculation and filing of tax returns, personnel files, and personnel databases. -Payroll and severance settlement preparation, related tax calculations, IMSS employee registration and termination, and government agency procedures (IMSS, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, and TREASURY). -Office applications, ERP for payroll, Enkontrol, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE. -Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, leadership, decision-making, results orientation, teamwork, frustration tolerance. -Requirements: Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience Knowledge: Talent acquisition, database management, tax calculation, payroll calculation, payroll preparation, results orientation, severance settlements, IMSS, Microsoft Excel, presentation
