Job Summary: Design and comprehensively model the technical infrastructure for residential developments, ensuring optimal project utilization through platform, level, and network design while strictly adhering to current local regulations. Regulatory management and quantification for construction budgeting UBK Corporate, a real estate developer with over 20 years of experience in housing development, is seeking new talent as a Network and Platform Design Engineer. Job Objective: To comprehensively design and model the technical infrastructure for residential developments, ensuring optimal project utilization through platform, level, and network design while strictly adhering to current local regulations. Main Responsibilities: Platform Design: Define foundation levels and grade elevations to optimize earthwork movement (earthwork balance). Network Design: Calculation and layout of hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater networks per applicable standards. Surveying Office: Processing of field data to create accurate digital terrain models. Regulatory Management: Ensure drawings comply with technical guidelines issued by local authorities (SAPA, Public Works and/or federal agencies, etc.) for approval. Quantification: Generate volume tables for construction budgeting. Technical Requirements: Education: Civil or Surveying Engineering degree (licensed). Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and CivilCAD (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in residential subdivision or urban complex design. Knowledge: All aspects related to infrastructure (soil mechanics, surveying, etc.).
