Document control: Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital company documentation. Report preparation: Assist in generating administrative reports and controls for decision-making. Interdepartmental support: Provide administrative support to various organizational departments as needed. System management: Enter, update, and verify information in internal management systems. - Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative roles; construction industry experience preferred (optional). - Knowledge: Use of internal administrative systems. Preparation of basic reports and controls. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic/intermediate knowledge of payroll and IMSS. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
