MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Accounting entries and transaction control Preparation and recording of accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, transfers, and provisions). Data entry and loading into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Classification of transactions according to the accounting chart of accounts. Review and validation of entries to ensure correct impact on financial statements. 2. Reconciliations and cash flow Preparation and review of bank reconciliations. Daily monitoring of revenues and expenses to maintain updated bank balances. Analysis of accounting reports (balances, movements, and cash flow). Support in cash flow analysis and its reconciliation with accounting records. 3. Account cleansing and control Analysis of accounting accounts to identify inconsistencies or errors. Cleansing of balances in coordination with general accounting. Proposal of accounting reclassifications. Organization and control of accounting files and backups. 4. Support in accounting closings and reporting Support in monthly accounting closings. Generation and download of financial reports for analysis and audits. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. ERP system proficiency. Intermediate Excel skills.
