We are seeking a tennis enthusiast professional with leadership and organizational skills to coordinate the club's tennis activities. The role will be responsible for planning training sessions, managing the coaching team, organizing tournaments, and promoting participation among members of all ages. Main responsibilities: · Design and supervise the annual tennis program (classes, clinics, tournaments). · Coordinate the team of coaches and instructors. · Manage schedules, registrations, and court usage. · Promote the sport among current members and new joiners. · Supervise basic maintenance of tennis facilities. · Manage the department budget and report results to club management. Minimum requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field. · Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating tennis programs at a sports club. · Tennis teaching certifications (ITF, PTR, etc.). · Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. · Knowledge of tournament rules and organization. · Basic proficiency in digital tools (Excel, sports management software).
