### **Position: Pilates Instructor** **Location**: Club de Golf La Hacienda, Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico **Schedule**: Part-time / Full-time (according to availability and demand) **Modality**: In-person **Job Profile** We are seeking a **Pilates Reformer** instructor with excellent customer service attitude, focus on members' overall well-being, and the ability to work with different fitness levels. The ideal candidate must be punctual, responsible, and passionate about mindful movement and personalized instruction. ✅ **Requirements**: * Current certification in Pilates Reformer (mandatory). * Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching group and/or private classes. * Knowledge of functional anatomy and body alignment. * Professional appearance and strong communication skills. * Availability to work morning or evening shifts, including weekends (according to rotation). * Experience in sports clubs or premium gyms is desirable. **Responsibilities**: * Deliver safe, effective, and motivating Pilates Reformer classes. * Adapt exercises according to each client's level and needs. * Promote a culture of health, wellness, and physical discipline among members. * Maintain Pilates studio equipment in good condition and clean. * Assist in activities related to class promotion and member retention. **We Offer**: * Exclusive and professional work environment. * Employee dining area * Competitive pay per class / flexible hiring arrangement.
