Maintenance of order and safety in the warehouse **Mexican company with 35 years of expertise in the decorative lighting market, dedicated to marketing top-quality products, is seeking:** **Warehouse Worker / Quality Control** Desired Profile: \- Education: Completed secondary school (high school diploma preferred) \- Age: 20 to 35 years old \- Demonstrable employment stability \- Preferably residing near the area \- Experience in Warehouse / Quality Control Benefits: \- Gross monthly salary: $12,000 \- Weekly payment \- Additional bonuses: $1,000 (starting from \- the probationary period) \- Employment stability at a formal company \- Statutory benefits \- Savings fund (3%) \- Cafeteria discount \- Major medical expense insurance (starting from the first year) Responsibilities: \- Verify that received products match the purchase order. \- Inspect the physical condition of goods. \- Sign and register receiving documents. \- Classify and place products on shelves or designated areas. \- Properly label products. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse. \- Conduct periodic physical counts (cyclic or full). \- Record incoming and outgoing items in the system or physical forms. \- Report discrepancies or shortages. \- Pick products according to outbound orders or shipments. \- Label packages with destination and contents. \- Coordinate loading of products onto transport vehicles. \- Verify that orders match shipping documents. \- Sign shipping guides or delivery notes. \- Complete control forms (receipts, shipments, returns). \- File supporting documents and reports. \- Assist in document digitization if required. \- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, or production. \- Report incidents, damaged or expired products. \- Suggest improvements for warehouse organization. \- Use personal protective equipment (PPE). \- Report unsafe conditions. \- Comply with safety protocols for material handling.
