Job Summary: Responsible for minor plumbing and miscellaneous repairs, preventive maintenance of equipment, and adherence to safety and guest service standards in a detail-oriented environment. Compliance with safety and guest service policies Repair minor plumbing issues such as unclogging drains, toilets, and fixing leaky faucets or stoppers. Perform minor miscellaneous repairs such as adjusting toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, and patching wall holes. Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Comply with all company safety and operational policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete required safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate their service needs and fulfill them; and assist guests with disabilities. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by fellow employees. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Assist in moving, lifting, carrying, and positioning objects weighing more than 100 pounds (e.g., air conditioning units, televisions, dressers). Climb up and down regular stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
