




Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in meat, chicken, and seafood cuts and doneness levels. Preferably experienced in charcoal and gas grill operation. Perform grilling duties by fulfilling orders requiring specific cuts, preparing side dishes, conducting general area cleaning, inventorying raw materials and finished products, and assisting the grill supervisor. Monitor charcoal and gas levels; regulate grill temperature during opening or closing shifts. Rotating shifts: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 2 p.m. to closing. Monday through Sunday, with midweek rest day. Starting salary: biweekly payment. Weekly tips. Contract duration: 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, then indefinite-term contract after one year of service. Statutory benefits, staff meals, and uniform.
