Job Summary: Supports installation, maintenance, and basic testing operations of video surveillance systems, performing wiring, mounting, cleaning, and documentation tasks under supervision. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Brief Profile: Operational support for installation, maintenance, and basic testing of video surveillance systems under the supervision of the installation technician. Performs simple wiring, mounting, cleaning, and documentation tasks to ensure proper operation of cameras and equipment. Main Responsibilities: * Collaborate in the physical installation of cameras, mounts, conduits, and cabling (coaxial, UTP, fiber, as applicable). * Support connection of cameras to recorders/NVRs, PoE power supply, and basic signal testing. * Perform cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of cameras and accessories. * Assist in verifying cable and connection integrity; labeling of cables and equipment. * Prepare and organize tools, materials, and spare parts for interventions. * Complete simple forms and checklists after maintenance or installations. * Accompany the technician during diagnostics and support tasks, escalating incidents when necessary. * Comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and facility access protocols. Requirements: * Education: Completed high school diploma or basic technical training in electricity/telecommunications/electronics (preferred). * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in CCTV installation or support, structured cabling, or basic electrical maintenance (preferred). * Basic knowledge: Use of hand tools, basic reading of blueprints and schematics, familiarity with LAN networks and PoE (valued). * Skills: Organization, responsibility, ability to follow instructions, and teamwork. * Physical requirements: Availability for work at heights and travel within the Judicial City area. * Documentation: Driver’s license (preferred). Personal Competencies: * Attention to detail. * Punctuality and positive attitude toward learning. * Clear communication and proactivity in reporting issues. Preferred Qualifications: * Basic CCTV courses (Honeywell brand or other), certification in structured cabling installation. * Experience in institutional or security environments. **Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, including meal break; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
