If you have security experience and are interested in joining a professional and humane environment, this opportunity is for you. **What will you do?** * Control access to the campus (staff, students, and visitors). * Ensure the safety of the school community. * Conduct patrols and monitor facilities. * Assist with traffic management inside and outside the campus. * Prepare daily reports and incident logs. * Implement security and civil protection protocols. **Requirements** * Education: Completed junior high school or high school. * Minimum 2 years of security experience (schools, offices, or residential developments). * Immediate availability and schedule flexibility. * Released military service card (preferred). * Preferably reside near the area. **Key Competencies** * Service-oriented attitude and courteous demeanor. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and honesty. * Ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: $10,851 MXN \+ bonuses. * Grocery vouchers: $1,248 MXN. * Monthly payment (on the 23rd of each month) via Bancomer. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * 3 paid personal days per year. * Complimentary uniforms. * Additional pay for extra shifts. * Additional productivity bonus of up to $3,400 MXN starting from the 3rd month or upon obtaining an indefinite-term contract. * Positive work environment. * Job stability and immediate hiring. **Schedule** * 24-hour shift rotation (start and end at 7:00 a.m.). * Rotating weekend shifts with additional compensation.
