A construction and real estate development company with over 20 years of experience in vertical housing development is seeking new talent as a **Project Architect with experience in vertical housing.** **Requirements:** * **Minimum experience:** 2 to 4 years in vertical housing project development. * **Completed studies in:** Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * **Software proficiency:** **AutoCAD, Revit (MANDATORY)** **Responsibilities:** * Conceptual architectural project proposal * Preparation of presentation materials for conceptual and preliminary design phases, including respective work renders * Development of executive design * Development and specification of project details and/or bulletins for proper on-site tracking and implementation * On-site project monitoring to ensure correct execution, including specific details. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proactive, self-managed, detail-oriented * Capable of developing creative solutions. * Familiarity with current RCDF Technical Standards (NTC), vertical housing development, installation criteria, and structural criteria. * **AutoCAD, Revit,** Microsoft Office, rendering software, and image editing software. **We offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday Work location: SANTA FE
