**Job Description:** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field * **2 years of experience as a drafter, renderer, or designer** * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, rendering engines, and office software * Neodata \-Desirable\- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting architectural plans * Drafting construction documents * Developing installation criteria * 3D modeling of projects * Rendering 3D models * Preparing project revisions * Conducting architectural surveys * Liaising with suppliers to prepare quotations * Preparing work generators and budgets COMPETENCIES: Results-oriented, knowledge of construction materials and methods, resource management, continuous improvement, and analytical ability.
