Generation of productivity and quality reports **LEADING FUNERAL INDUSTRY COMPANY SEEKING:** *SALES COORDINATOR (POINT \& DOOR-TO-DOOR)* **Position Summary:** We are looking for a *SALES COORDINATOR (POINT \& DOOR-TO-DOOR)* with experience in *INTANGIBLE* products/services or in campaigns focused on *PRE-NEED* sales. This role is critical to ensuring field prospecting conducted by our team meets the standards and criteria established by the sales department. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily activities of the agent team. * Plan sales routes. * Monitor individual and group performance of advisors. * Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and follow-up. * Generate productivity and quality reports for management. * Ensure goal achievement and sales closures. **Requirements:** * **HAVE AN ESTABLISHED SALES TEAM** *(PREFERRED)* * Minimum two years’ verifiable experience coordinating door-to-door, business-to-business, or home-to-home sales services. * Direct and indirect sales experience (preferably in payment terminals, financial products, or telecommunications). * Experience working under performance targets. * Ability to open new territories and sales points. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $11,000 monthly, with salary increase starting from the 3rd month. * Statutory benefits. * Monthly bonuses for exceeding targets, above $15,000\. * Job stability. * Continuous training. * Annual trips. * Monthly raffles. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) * Saturdays (9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.) * Sundays off.
